Differentiation of Eye Squinch from Non-Eyeball Tasks

There is a huge advantage (and delight!) in learning to disengage the eye muscles when committing to mental tasks that don't actually require eyeball input but are 'visual-ish.' To leave those muscles soft while imagining the color orange, or while finding the square root of 967, is a relief to the otherwise tense muscles of the face. But relaxing those muscles isn't just about the neuromuscular-fascial system, as important as that is; it also affects your endocrine, cardio and immune systems–all intermingled.
