Fascia and Fluids

Fascia's job isn't just to hold muscle. It is the matrix that holds the body's structural integrity, the medium for neural signaling, a large part of the lymphatic circulation system, the keeper of the trauma score, the major proprioceptive signaler (more than muscles, tendons and ligaments combined) and the holder of something like an original organizational intelligence. A stuck place in your fascia is more than a muscle problem. Medical school teaches these systems as separate subjects, but your body has built them as one integrated network.
