Organismic: Too Much/Too Little is Contextual
When an organismic system raises an alert—this isn't safe, this hurts too much, this is damaging, this is too hot—that isn't just based on objective data like the actual temperature in the room or inside your skin. The too much/too little threshold includes belief systems (the placebo effect, the power of prayer, the needle in the voodoo doll), sensible history, exaggerated-out-of-proportion-stuck-history, your resilience, your expectations and other demands on your system. So again: negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. 'Do we freak out about this or not?' In systems theory, an answer to that question is more of an emergent property than command and control.
